with some errors.
Page 78 : Eq. (5.45) should be |Pr{b[i]=0} - Pr{b[i]=1}|.
Page 111: Figure 7.2 should have "Entropy encoder" in the box.
Page 199: Right after (10.15): should be "slope 1" instead of "slope 1/2".
Page 140: 0+1 = 1+0 = 1 and not 0.
